March 2020 was the start of trying times for us as Kiwis, and for New Zealand as part of the wider global community.

We entered the unprecedented four-week Covid-19 lockdown with a lot of uncertainty.

In fact, the only thing we knew for sure was: things were going to change.

And so it did. Being made redundant on the very first day of lockdown, I became one of the statistics of thousands of Kiwis to have lost their livelihoods.

NewStart IT Solutions was born as a result – a “lockdown baby” so to say.

With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, it just made sense for me to offer my services and share my expertise.
